My order has been processed and I have not received an update yet. When will I receive a tracking number?

- Once your order is fulfilled and your tracking number is active, it will be updated in customer account and/or sent to the email registered with your order. I can see on my product tracking that your products ship from China? I thought you were located in Australia?
- We are an online business based in Melbourne, Australia. We warehouse products in both Melbourne and overseas in a central location at our Shanghai warehouse.
- Shipping from our overseas warehouse uses logistics services, such as DHL, Fedex, or UPS, who provide express shipping to most locations.
- Please we are aware if your products are shipped from China, this location represents the consignor, not the location where products were manufactured. Please refer to the products tags for product manufacturing location.
Korean clothing is often produced in limited sizes or one-size styles.
Each product includes a size guide for Korean sizing. However, this may require conversion to Australian sizes.
