This process is called off-gassing and may require the product to be exposed to air. This process is not grounds for a refund; by purchasing, you are agreeing to the potential of this occurring. 
  • Non-leather products may also retain an odor during the manufacturing process known as off-gassing. Products packaged and stored shortly after manufacturing may retain the odors in the product dyes. 
  • These odors do not always indicate the product is harmful, though investigations have shown some cheaply made and synthetic products may be. We review our suppliers and choose higher-quality materials to ensure this does not occur.

  • Refund Issuance: Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product, provided it meets the refund criteria.
