• Returns are accepted within 14 days of item receipt 

Change of Mind / Change of Size / Change of Color or Alternative Style 

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Fault

• Free return is provided upon confirmation of the product fault. A product fault is defined as damage or other structural fault. If your product meets this criteria, please email contact@stefanistudio.com.au with your order number and confirmation of the fault with a photograph.
