At Stefani Studio, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, our Returns and Refunds Policy provides a straightforward process for returns and exchanges. Please review the guidelines below to understand our procedures and how we can assist you.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of item receipt
Change of Mind / Change of Size / Change of Color or Alternative Style
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund amount is equal to product cost only, thus, it will not include the original shipping cost.
Product Fault
- Free return is provided upon confirmation of the product fault. A product fault is defined as damage or other structural fault. If your product meets this criteria, please email contact@stefanistudio.com.au with your order number and confirmation of the fault with a photograph.

Specifical conditions:
Product Odors:
- We do not store stock for long periods, therefore some leather products may retain chemical odors from the manufacturing process. This is not indicative of non-genuine leather/synthetic. This process is called off-gassing and may require the product to be exposed to air. This process is not grounds for a refund; by purchasing, you are agreeing to the potential of this occurring.
- Non-leather products may also retain an odor during the manufacturing process known as off-gassing. Products packaged and stored shortly after manufacturing may retain the odors in the product dyes.
- These odors do not always indicate the product is harmful, though investigations have shown some cheaply made and synthetic products may be. We review our suppliers and choose higher-quality materials to ensure this does not occur.
Product Appearance:
Actual products' color, texture, and shine may differ due to:
- photo lighting conditions
- screen quality
- screen color settings
Please pay attention to photographs or contact customer service to ensure you understand the product conditions.
Refund
- Refund Issuance: Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product, provided it meets the refund criteria.
